I'm also 15, and I'd say my Moobs are medium size, I've had them since the 6th grade and I'm a Sophmore now so I really am tired of them, I have dumbells, but they're only 5lbs. Will those dumbbells and push-ups help me lose them faster? BTW what are Inclined Pushups, it sounds like something you do on the stairsAny chest excersise will really help. 5 pounds im sorry to say will do nothing. Buy new ones or hit the gym. I also had this problem and i started going to the gym and i have loads of chest muscle and the man boobs have shrunk. Work out on your chest 5 days a week and inclined walk on a tread mill at about 8 incline 3.5 mph for 30 min and man i'm telling you you'll see a major difference in weeks. Do it for years problem solved. Change your diet a little nothing major. Less oil/greasy food. Less diary products. Junk. Not completely gone but less it's not a big sacrifice for better health and sex appeal.Eric, try to take 10,000 steps a day. Either my jogging home from school or walking home the long way. Incline pushups are when your feet are at a higher position than your hands, sort of as if someone was holding your feet. Do 10 push before school, 10 when you get home from school, 10 before dinner and 10 before you go to bed. At your age your body will tighten incredibly fast. Do this for 2 weeks and weeks 3 and 4, follow the same routine but shoot for 15, for two weeks, weeks 4, 5 and forever, do this 20 times each time you hit the floor.If you start now you should get rid of them by summer. Oh, watch your calorie intake, shoot for less than 2,000 calories a day. That is AM, fruit, snack on apples, lunch you can have whatever you want but try to stuff your face with a salad, and when you get home eat another salad, tell your mom to buy you low fat italian dressing, it's the most tolerable and for dinner, eat your vegetable, try to stay away from anything white (including bread, especially breads). Eat lots of colorful stuff, get rid of them you can do it.
I also walk home which is about a mile will this help alsoo?
I saw in a commit made earlier,someone said" never do a decline or flat bench press". Why is that?
This article doesn't offer a whole lot of promise....why the popularity for no spectacular advice? I can only speculate that there are a lot of men out there hoping to find a way to lose their boobs and will never find a way. You don't respond to any of the comments, so I say remove the article.
I have man boobs and just did about 60 girl ppush-ups (knee push-ups). I used to do flat bench press ( about 75 lbs.) - 3 sets, 3 times a week. hopwever, i stopped because something happened to my throat because of strenuous excercise and i had trouble breathing. this is the first workout other than running i did in weeks since that throat thing happened. i hope i dont have breathing trouble tomorrow =( I need some non strenuous excercise to help me get rid of my man bobs, slight double chin, and belly fat.Swimming and walking. Cut most fats and sugars out of your diet, limit your carbohydrate intake to days following exercise. Eat big breakfasts, medium lunchs and limit your food intake at night to lean meats and veggies. Stop ordering pizza after 6pm.
I'd say focus more on Running/Jogging/walking as opposed to swimming; If you are going to be swimming try doing a lot of butterfly and backstroke; these two strokes whilst being strenuous and somewhat difficult, work your chest/pectoral area. However focusing on running would be a smart idea, because of the cardio aspect of it

Terry has written a great article here. What I particularly like is the simplicity of the excercises that can help just about anybody. He does not advocate expensive equipment or joining an expensive gym.
That said, it is difficult to keep going with even the simplest excercise when you are unfit and I would advocate getting a buddy to help you. Another person who wants to get rid of those man boobs and is willing to train with you two or three times a week.
Also if you keep a journal of what you did each day, that can also have good motivational effects if you can look back over a month and see how many times you excercised.
i am 15 and i would say my moobs are about medium , and im sick of the comments and the jokes, wht are some of the ways to dietthe best way to get rid of them is to cut out all junk food and exercise 3 to 4 times a week including swimming i had moobs at about your age for 2 years then i just started doing that cuz i had enough of being embarassed and drink green tea afterr exercise it helps you burn more fat and most important thing is to not give up it took me about 8 months to get rid of them now i train in the gym and starting to get a solid chest and feels great
The way to lose 'Moobs" is to exercise at least 3 days a week for an hour each session and eat clean. If you don't know what eating clean is, talk with your doctor. Also, if you don't exercise, make sure you get some good instruction first. Also, it may take 2 years before you see results, depending on your age.
LISTEN: there is no exercise that will spot reduce man boobs or anything else. doing some strength training for your chest is ok but it might increase your chest muscles and make it look like your moobs are bigger :/ Doing strength training of your whole body is good since it will reduce fat everywhere. It is BEST firstly to do aerobic exercise to reduce weight everywhere (like running, swimming...)**do more n more chest exercises**Reduce fat in ur diet**Add Turmeric(Indian herb), garlic, black pepper, cardommom, chillies toyour daily diet in tiny quantities.** Also make a paste of above mentioned herbs using lemon juice and Alum(very Important--Phitkari, available at Indian shops) and apply this paste on your moobs and strap it.You will notice astonishing results mate...........hava gud one
