Exercises to lose man breasts

1. Push Ups

This exercise is by far the most easy to do since it can be done anywhere and at anytime. Don't worry about how many push ups you can do. If you wear out after 5, that's ok. In time you will notice your chest muscles becoming tighter, and that is what you are trying to accomplish.

2. Bench Press

Here is another good exercise to lose man breasts. Start with a weight that you can easily do 6-8 reps with. Then do 2 sets of these 3 times a week, or every other day. You can add more weight as you begin building more strength.

3. Dumbbells

Using dumbbells can be very effective in getting rid of male breasts. Curls are good, as are dumbbell raises. Keep the dumbbell out in front of you and slowly raise it straight up until it becomes chin high. Hold it there for 3 seconds and then lower. You can do 6 reps of these and you will begin to notice big changes in a short amount of time.

These are just a few of the many exercises to get rid of man boobs and lose chest fat. Start with these and add more on as you go. You will begin seeing improvement in no time.

**Add Turmeric(Indian herb), garlic, black pepper, cardommom, chillies to
 
your daily diet in tiny quantities.
 
** Also make a paste of above mentioned herbs using lemon juice and Alum(very Important--Phitkari, available at Indian shops) and apply this paste on your moobs and strap it.

i dont know if this is correct, i have tried chest exercise a lot, push ups, bench presses in all possible styles, have done it with heavy weights as well, but didnt seem to work for me. :(

This article is so inacurate. Pushups and regular bench press add way more mass to the lower breast (which causes them to sagg) and also makes them protrude more. I would suggest incline bench, butterflies and also shoulder workouts such as pullups. Most important is definitly is cardio such as running, walking, and biking ect. and a good healthy diet, plenty of fruits vegetables.

Yeah really got to get the caloric intake down and the caloric burning up. I hurt my back working about 8 years ago. I had surgery but I am in constant pain everyday. I just started working again. Instead of the truck driving I was doing I am now working in an office. I am the Chief Archivist. Basically I scan all the paperwork that we produce so it is available online and we don't have to pull files. I spend a lot of time moving the paperwork around the scanners with my right arm. I have now noticed that my right moob is WAY smaller then the left one. So after all that I have to say push-ups and curls with free weights USING BOTH ARMS and they will disappear quickly.

Hi, I'm 15 and I was lost my manboobs completely because I was in JROTC and finally! The joy of wearing shirts without constantly pulling it down to make them flat out, anyways well my parents put me on homestudies and well, I don't get training anymore so now I don't have a way to excercise I was in advanced p.e. Too and my moobs are back I worked so hard to get rid of them and cause I never believed I'd get them back (I was full of myself) they came back and they're medium :'( I'm afraid my god damn girlfriend will notice I don't tale off all my clothes anymore only my pants and I bought these shirts that you can wear under to cover them up, and they work but they only work for so long I just wanna get rid of them and be able to get spot on naked again I'm so embarrassed. Help! What's the quickest way to get rid of them? I have no track to run since I don't attend my highschool anymore :(
