It may take them nearly twice as long as others to finish their dinner. By taking your time and eating much slower you can lose weight quick. It is all because of how our brain and our stomach work. It takes the brain about 15-20 minutes to signal the stomach that you are comfortably full. Eat fast and you do nothing more than take in much more food than you need to. Slow is good.

3. Eat on smaller plates - An easy way to fool your brain into eating less is to use smaller dishes. I thought it was funny until I tried it. Use a smaller dish and you naturally eat less food. But because you finish your entire plate, your brain says you have had enough.
