3 Questions To Ask Before Hiring A Carpet Cleaning Service

There are a lot of nice benefits allowing a professional carpet cleaning service come to your home and get your carpets looking clean and fresh again. But finding the best service can often seem overwhelming with all the choices. That said, here are 3 important questions to ask before hiring any company to come out to your home.
1. How Long Have They Been In Business?
All of these questions will give you a great idea of whether or not this company is one you would want to do business with. If they stutter and find it hard to give you answers, move on to someone else. The reason why some people have a bad experience with certain companies is that they never take a few minutes to ask the right questions.
There is nothing wrong with using a new business, but be sure that you determine they are insured and licensed, and have workers with years of experience. If they are not insured, you could be looking at problems in the event something doesn't go right with the cleaning.
2. What Is Included In The Service?
This is a critical question to ask. Know upfront what all the company will do when they come out and clean your carpets. Do they include any stairways? How about closets? Will they move your furniture out of the way and then move it back for you? What are any optional services that are not included in the quoted price?
A close friend had carpet cleaners come out to her parents home and do their carpeting. Unfortunately, they didn't ask about moving the furniture. They found out they had to move it themselves and it was all they could do to get it done. Had they known upfront what to expect, they could have had some help come over. Don't make this mistake and find out later you are not getting what you expected.
3. What Is The Price?
Naturally, you want to know the full price that you will be charged if you use their service. Always get a quote in writing. What I've seen happen over the years is that someone will call in on the phone and tell them what they need cleaned, they will get a service quote and schedule an appointment, only to find out later the price on the phone is nowhere near what they are now being charged.
The best tip here is to take this a step further and have a representative come out and go with your through your home to give you a written quote. There are so many helpful benefits to that. You not only get the price in writing, but you also have the opportunity to see who you are dealing with and be able to ask questions.
These 3 simple questions will go a long way in helping you choose the best carpet cleaning service. Next, go to this website on Carpet Cleaners where you will find helpful tips and information on everything to do with cleaning your carpets. http://www.CarpetCleanersReviews.com
